Jason Rosenstein is an entrepreneur, developer, and builder. Drawn by the disruptive potential
of blockchain technology in 2011, Jason founded his first company building powerful machines
to generate cryptocurrencies.
As a previous founder of two companies and an experienced developer, Jason finished his degree
in computer science with specialization of cryptography at NYU. Utilizing his expertise in
system architecture, financial systems, and project management, he has co-founded Portion,
where he is tapping into the power of blockchain technology to reimagine the online auction
house.
Peter Engleman

Peter holds a MBA from NYU Stern with specializations in: finance, business analytics, and management.
With over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, Peter has initiated, developed,
and led new divisions, teams, and products. These efforts assisted in over $100M in venture
funding and multiple successful exits. Peter’s experience and passion for entrepreneurship
has enabled him to serve as a mentor to a number of startups through his involvement with
accelerators and nonprofit organizations.
Michael Colson
Blockchain Developer
Michael first discovered Bitcoin in 2011 and started mining and trading shortly thereafter. His
enthusiasm of the protocol & for software development lead him to discover Ethereum, and
he now develops decentralized applications on the platform using Solidity and web3.
Jared Robin
VP, Growth
Jared leads growth and business development by building partnerships within the Creator Community.
He has over 10 years of experience in fashion, media, eCommerce, marketplace development,
and logistics. Jared has experience working for and building venture backed technology startups,
such as Granify, backed by Peter Thiel, Swipecast, a digital fashion marketplace, and co-founded
Deux Hommes, an internationally recognized digital fashion publication that featured a curated
list of emerging fashion designers.
Vlad Panov
CTO
Vlad is a finance and technology professional with over 12 years of experience in top tier financial institutions (JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup). He developed a large number of software and data solutions for internal operations and clients while managing diverse teams of corporate professionals in high-pressure environments. Vlad co-founded a fintech startup for regulatory and compliance application which was successfully incubated into Techstars London with POCs for Barclays Capital and other organizations.
Lydia Moon
VP, Marketing
Lydia is an accomplished luxury and lifestyle marketing strategist with experience in brand management and campaign developments. Previously at Sotheby’s, Lydia led the auction house’s jewelry and watch categories, overseeing all integrated cross-platform marketing activities such as content partnerships, advertising and promotion. Prior to Sotheby’s, Lydia spearheaded business development and marketing for watch brands Maurice Lacroix and Glycine at DKSH Luxury and Lifestyle North America Inc.
Angela Redai
VP, Strategy
Angela spent many years as an attorney advising art collectors, galleries, dealers, artists, investors, entrepreneurs and creatives. With a hybrid background in art law, IP, and corporate deals focused on new media and tech, she has a deep understanding of the workings of the art market—and how to effectively navigate its unique nuances, risks and pitfalls. A creative thinker and strategist, Ange is passionate about art, and enthusiastic about Portion's applications of blockchain tech in disrupting the space.
Tal Cohen
Tal is a serial entrepreneur and blockchain enthusiast. In 2013, he co-founded and led Sirin
Labs, one of the most exciting luxury and technology start-ups of the decade, which developed
Solarin, the most technologically advanced, secure, and luxurious mobile phone of its time.
In 2017, he left Sirin to set up Compass Blockchain Solutions, a NY-Tel Aviv-Hong Kong global
blockchain advisory group.
Christopher Vroom
Christopher is the Founder and CEO of CollectorIQ, a New York-based asset management platform
for fine art and collectibles. He also founded Art+Culture Projects, a publisher of high-quality,
limited-edition prints that are produced for museums and cultural institutions around the
world. Previously, he founded Artspace.com, the world’s leading marketplace for fine art,
sold to Phaidon Press in 2014. As a patron of the arts, Vroom founded of the New York-based
non-profit, Artadia, which for about 20 years has provided nearly $7 million in support to
artists from the United States.
Barbara Strongin
Barbara is a 38-year veteran of the Global Fine Art Auction Industry where she held a number
of executive level positions. served as the Director of Administration and a lecturer for
Sotheby’s Institute of Art for ten years. Prior to that, she served as the Senior Vice President/Director
of Operations for Christie’s Auction House over the course of twenty-six years where she
was responsible for the day-to-day operations for Christie’s flagship NY auction site. She
is a licensed auctioneer in New York, and as a senior auctioneer for Christie’s, was tasked
with auctioneering a multitude of sale categories. She also assisted the New York City Consumer
Affairs Department in rewriting several regulations governing auctions.
Nimrod May
Nimrod’s extensive hi-tech experience includes serving as: VP of marketing at Gett, CEO at RDSeed
investment fund, and an investor and CMO at Woo.io. In 2017, he joined Sirin Labs, which
has concluded the 4th largest token crowdsale in history, raising nearly $160M. The company
is now working on FINNEY,the blockchain smartphone with an embedded cold storage crypto-wallet
that promises to give users safe, reliable, and uncomplicated access to its blockchain.
Jason Bailey
Jason Bailey is an entrepreneur and researcher exploring the intersection of art and tech. He
is best known for his work on his analytical art database and for his writings and interviews
on blockchain and art which can be found on artnome.com. Jason has an MFA in digital media,
a BA in studio art, and two decades' experience working in the cutting edge of tech. Jason
has worked with over a dozen companies in the tech sector on marketing strategy and enjoys
advising mission-driven art/tech startups on their growth, branding, and communications.
Prior to his current position at Boston-based ML/AI startup Tamr, Jason was responsible the
global GTM strategy for HP's Big Data Division. As a thought leader in art and tech, Jason
a sought-after speaker, most recently having moderated panels on digital art and and provenance
at Christie's "Art + Tech summit: Exploring the Blockchain.
Dermot McCormack
Dermot operates as an innovator at the intersection of content, technology, and new distribution.
As a corporate strategist, he also leads change through engendering collaboration, teamwork,
and excellence—driving large corporations while building consensus around game-changing strategies.
He has inspired large content teams while building multi-platform distribution and monetization
strategies, and other types of projects supporting major global brands. Dermot has held senior
executive roles at Viacom, AOL and Cablevison and has founded several startups from Flooz.com
to SNKRINC.
Thomai Serdari
Dr. Thomaï Serdari, a strategist in luxury marketing and branding, holds her PhD in Art History
and Archaeology from NYU Institute of Fine Arts. She heads Brand(x)Lux, a brand consultancy,
and teaches at New York University’s Stern School of Business. At Stern, she teaches MBA
students about luxury marketing, branding, and retail.
Alan Ket
Alan Ket is an arts professional with over 20 years of experience in publishing, advertising, auctions, and fashion. He has been at the forefront at the intersection of street culture, art, and music launching publishing companies, fashion brands, and consumer products. As an arts consultant he has worked with art institutions and corporations in the development of products and arts programming to increase audience growth, engagement, and sales. He is an advocate for the arts as a board member of the Brooklyn Arts Council and director of the GGA gallery at the Wynwood Walls in Miami.
Chris Boundikas
Chris’ roots come from Wall Street, where he was a prop trader before the crash of 2009. He then
turned to Bitcoin and traded it in its infancy on the Canadian Cavirtex Exchange. He co-founded
a cryptocurrency mining farm called CoinDriller based in Michigan, and has permanently moved
to the Caribbean island of Anguilla, where he is spearheading a major fintech transformation
for the nation. His regulated ICO consulting firm, Enigma Blockchain Inc., is very active
in the artificial intelligence and ICO space.
Lenise Logan
As an Art Advisor and Exhibitions Producer, Lenise has been immersed in the Auction House and
Art World for over 15 years. She has worked with some of the worlds’ most successful Auctioneers’
Operations and Logistics departments at companies such as Christie’s, Sotheby’s, and Phillips,
and has been responsible for selling some of the most valuable works of art in the world.
She has worked with prolific collectors such as Swizz Beatz and the Dean Collection. She’s
produced exhibitions in Los Angeles for SWOON, in New York and Miami for Jonathan Mannion
at Marlborough Gallery, and at the inaugural ‘No Commission’ in 2015. Lenise is a senior
advisor and principal at Kalpa Art Advisors, where she supports community driven art collecting.
Before this, Lenise served on the White House’s Act Art Advisory Board for Justice and Contemporary
Art.
Lisa Skye Hain
Lisa is the CEO and co-founder of Primary, a New York City-based co-working and shared office
space featuring an array of amenities designed to help people be their best selves at work.
Having spent a lifetime amidst thriving small businesses, Lisa managed two restaurants in
Danny Meyer’s hospitality empire, worked on a top residential and commercial real estate
sales team with The Corcoran Group, built one of the world’s largest and most prosperous
BNI (Business Network International) chapters based in Manhattan, and served as WeWork’s
founding Head of Community, overseeing operations for its first two locations in New York
City.
Robert Michael
Rob Michael is an early adopter of Bitcoin and other blockchain technologies. He attended Rutgers
University where he studied economics and pre-medical sciences. He began his career in capital
markets for the catastrophic risk industry before taking an entrepreneurial route. Today,
he acts as an advisor, leaning on his experience building businesses and consulting start-ups
in blockchain technology, social networks, and e-commerce.
